Cover Reveal: Wildfire Gospel and $30 Amazon Card Giveaway!

I'm not even going to lie to you. Writing the third book was fun!! It's probably my favorite one out of the series so far, because the characters' powers have evolved and. . .I'm continuing to grow as a writer.

Writing has become a second skin for me now, and walking through the Santeria Habitat is like visiting home.

   Lanore's TO  DO    LIST

#1- Set Dante on fire until he’s nothing but smoke and ash.

#2- Find Nona and Mother Earth, tie them to a tree, and create the biggest bonfire Santeria has ever seen.

#3- Find out if there is anybody higher in Mother Earth's psychotic chain of command.

#4- Burn anybody else to a crisp if they get in my fucking way.

Lanore destroys her old beliefs of nonviolence. Flames of revenge now fuel her movements forward. Too many of her loved ones have died and she's done shedding tears. Sadly, she can't boil Dante's blood just yet. He has the resources to help Zulu and her. And they really need them. Discovering Mother Earth's whereabouts is difficult to say the least. She's not what they thought she was. She's something more.

Meanwhile, Lanore's father is missing. Normally, that wouldn't trigger her to stress, but there's been whispers spreading around the habitat like a wildfire. People have spotted a Demon with feline eyes and fire spotted cheetah skin, one that appeared at the Masquerade Ball right after MeShack was killed. She's hoping Graham will have some answers.

Is this Demon a coincidence or nothing at all? Is she's just grasping at a last bit of hope that somehow MeShack is alive or should she face the truth of his death?

Rainy, our heroin that spent her high school days looking after her cancer mother and starting over at college.  The tournament, the race where the senior boys from The Clubhouse which is Aaron's club try to score by sleeping with freshmen girls. Aaron your classic hot, bad boy that she shouldn't get involved.
Characters had serious depth which is very rare in romance themed novels.Story was a totally clasic romance book. The book was well written and I think it worthed my time. It was fun and light at the same time there was no unnecessary drama. Normally when I read this kind of books most of the time I think that I would act diffrent than the main character but this time it was totally what I would do which is appreciated. I don't accept total trust and undying love from lust meeting but this time story had that depth to it. Trust is not for granted it is something you gain which was a pretty good point. Only thing I found disturbing is that they fall in love way too fast. Love at first sight... I don't believe in love that blooms from the looks.

Review: Kiss Me, Curse Me by Kate Shay

Kiss Me, Curse Me

This is a story of a kiss--a simple kiss. . . and a boy. . . and a girl.

It's the Great Depression, but you would barely know it in Dam Town. The building of the great Carnee Dam has brought money, men, and mischief into an otherwise seemingly quiet desert community.

Ahanu is an outcast, born into a culture that despises him. He is Native American, of the land, a free spirit. If he wasn't in love with a girl that was already taken, maybe he could spend his days in the forest just as he pleases, but life isn't that simple.

Coreen is on a path to nowhere, dating the typical boy, and doing as her father always asks, or that's how it appears. On one moonlit night, her fate becomes entwined in an old curse unlocked by the boy of her dreams--true love--Ahanu.

This curse is old and it will have its way, it will do its damage.

It started as your typical love story but the story was really original and refreshing. Other than that it was one of the books that took me a very long time to read it. I just can't get into it also there was writing mistakes. That's the problem of self publishing. Proofreading was needed and I don't want to ruin it for any body but it seemed kind of missing at the end it just ended with almost no consequences like it was misssing a chapter or five.. The story just started so at the first 30 pages I had a hard time recognizing the characters there was no background info actually no info at all about the characters wich made it hard to understand after all a book needs to touch our imagination.
